I love yoga SO MUCH.

The best feeling in the world to me is stretching out my body by doing some yoga in the afternoon sun after a long day of school and work– it’s the best!!  There is something about slowing down and taking a moment to reconnect with myself and check in to see how I’m doing.  Its so easy for me to get caught up in the business of life and this simple act of self-care helps me to recenter and be in tune with what my body and soul needs that day.  I just love focusing on my breathing and clearing my mind especially since it feels like its constantly racing, I really cherish these slower more mindful moments <3

I am also trying to drink more water throughout the day because it is so easy for me to forget and realize as I’m going to bed that I only had a few sips of water– not good!! I have this big half gallon water bottle I’ve been taking with me wherever I go and it even has mile-markers for different hours of the day along with a nice motivational message which I have been loving so much.  I can definitely feel a difference in my overall wellbeing and even my skin when I drink enough water throughout the day!
