English Garden

I was driving around Provo and stumbled upon this beautifully overgrown and magical front yard and couldn’t help but dream of the many gardens I read about in my Regency novels.  I’m not sure why gardens aren’t a staple for homes in the US?? I’m obsessed with flowers and being outside and going on walks and so “going for a stroll in the gardens” is an honest dream of mine!  Nothing sounds dreamier.  One of my favorite books is called Just Ella by Annette K. Larsen and even though it isn’t set in the regency era (it’s more of a medieval historical romance) the main character is a princess and spends most of her time in the royal gardens and falls in love with the gardener and it’s one of the dreamiest books out there– on par with Edenbrooke!  Highly highly recommend 🙂
