Happy Birthday to Me!

Today is my birthday (eek!) and I honestly could not be happier! Jared totally spoiled me with the absolute best day. Long Walks

One of my favorite ways to decompress from the day, balance my blood sugar, and move my body is going on walks throughout the day. Getting ready on my big day was so much fun! I stayed with my 2 bridesmaids at the Bellevue-Stratford Hotel to have a quiet little bachelorette party -- mostly involving pizza, beauty masks and lots of laughing!
